Jen, when I first got her, Puddy was just about the size of the kitten that you're holding in the pic in your signature. That's how tiny she was. She's always been my tough girl and when I see her sick, it just makes me so sad. But she's having a good day, as you said, and that means I'm having a good day, too.Originally Posted by jenluckenbach

I'm so glad to hear that Puddy is eating much better and doing so well. She sure is a beautiful cat. I'll continue to keep her in my thoughts and prayers.
Filou became 12 two weeks ago and he is still a little bit further from where Puddy is now but I see it just like you- as long as they are happy and eat and purr I will do anything for him.
But for sure I will not put him through a transplant- what is a 50% chance for a life of some years that could not be an easy life- looking at the meds they would need to make the transplant work.
Filou doesn't like meds- NOT- AT- ALL!!!
So I try to feed him as well as I can and to enjoy that he is around, even enjoy it when he is naughty which he preferrably is at 3 a.m.. He sends some deep purrings to Puddy.
How beautiful and sweet your Puddy is! What a darling girl. Your heart must have leaped when she came to you for chicken; I'll bet you were counting every little bite and praying for a little more (that's what I would have done).
We'll keep on keepin' on with the prayers...they must have helped a little!

Precious, sweet, beautiful Puddy, the thought of you looking for chicken makes my eyes leak! I'll bet your meowmy is so relieved! Gentle HUGS to you, dear kitty girl.
