Fritz and Taffy being lazy this morning,Fritz,Taffy and Mom on the couch Tuesday afternoon and Mom and Fritz Tuesday afternoon.We had chicken yesterday and a Potato/Turnip mix that Mom fried up and Banana cake for dessert,Fritz had a little,so did Taffy.A couple of times Taffy looked out the front window looking out,she is kind of lonesome for Marlene and Larry,she is restless at night,a long time to settle down.She finally settled down on the couch and Fritz underneath the little couch.She drinks a lot of water,takes pills and she pants a lot ,maybe trouble with her heart,she is 10 years old.She slept on the living room couch last night, Fritz with me.Fritz has his breakfast with me,Taffy had her morning treat of biscuits and a Bacon strip.She is laying on the couch now and Fritz in Mom's chair.Marlene will probably call tonight before they come home tomorrow.Weather not so great there today,thunderstorms and 75,feeling like 93.

Fritz napping in the chair today.I was standing in front of the dining room table and used the zoom on the camera at full zoom to get this picture,it looks like I was standing in front of him.We had Macaroni and Garlic country buns for supper and Banana cake.Fritz had a little of the buns and Macaroni,Taffy the buns also had some cake.Taffy is restless tonight,keeps looking out to the bar room and when she was outside,she looked at the gate,I think she is missing Marlene and Larry.Got a call from them tonight,Larry has blisters from too much sun,they got a few showers today.They got a note under the door for a wakeup call in the morning,not sure when they have to be at the airport.Taffy now in my chair,Fritz on the coffee table,he had been on the back of the chair ,raising a paw and tilting his head for some reason,probably to go upstairs.Fritz now on the back of the chair,Taffy standing and panting..Taffy has now got on the couch to stay I hope.

I can't believe the weather everybody is having. It is bizarre.

Great pictures, Barry. I love the closeups. It looks like Fritz is being a perfect gentleman to Taffy. Did I mention she looks pretty relaxed? Banana cake? That brings back memories of the cake my Mom used to get us from the bakery when we were kids. Yummy!! You're adorable, Fritzie!! So is Taffy!!

Taffy on the couch this morning,Fritz with Mom.Both slept good,Taffy left a "calling card" on the carpet in the living room,not impressed,never heard either of them,Fritz sleeps on the other side of my bed,not right up close,listening for Taffy.I saw the start of the Lunar eclipse last night,didn't stay up to see the conclusion.Fritz goes to the groomers this morning so he will have his play with the cats or the dogs which ever he chooses.The plane leaves Nassau at 10:35 this morning,lands in Toronto at 1:50 so they will probably be between 4 and 5 before they get here.Mom goes to play cards tonight I will be watching Fritz,he will probably be in the window looking out a things.

First two pictures of Fritz back from the groomers yesterday and three from today.He rode on my lap on the way there,Taffy stayed at home.Fritz shook and panted to start with and settled down by the time we got there.I carried him as far as the door going down.I put him down,he was on his leash,he started scratched at the door and then we went down,he tugged on the leash so hard the dog tag Mom got for Christmas broke where I had hooked the leash,left we holding the leash.He went in,tail going,found the cat and he was jumping on the cat cat didn't mind.When we got home,found that Taffy had peed downstairs,probably didn't like being left alone,I stayed when Mom went to get Fritz later.Had Macaroni and Garlic Buns,Fritz had a little.He slept good last night,tired from his big day.Had his breakfast this morning.He has slept a lot today,was out of his regular routine with Taffy here,he has been catching up on some rest .Had Frozen Pepperoni Pizza today for supper,he had some,also a bit of oatmeal cookies Mom made.Had a inch and a half of snow today,Fritz out with me as I was shoveling the patio.I just had another piece of Pizza tonight,Mom had a Ice Cream bar,he had some of both,barking at me for some Pizza,had been sleeping under the couch.Mom's bringing down cookies,Fritz on the coffee table waiting.

Fritz having cereal this morning wearing his blanket.When he came up last night,he had his super,mom wanted him to have a drink,he went to the window.I went and got him,he growled but let me pick him up.At quarter to three this morning,he leaves the bedroom and I find him looking at his water dish,so got him some water.I then tried to pick him up,he run off and he ended up in the window.I went back to bed then he starts barking so I went and got him and took him back to bed.Around quarter after 3 this morning,he growls,Toronto Star paper was being delivered,I pulled him close to me and he was fine,quiet the rest of the night.I get up this morning,he follows me out and has to go out.After this he comes up beside me in the chair,head resting on my leg,I couldn't go get my coffee so Mom got it when she got up..Had his breakfast,then went out again and he came back in on the run,probably had something with Mom.Now in the blue chair curled up,sat his Monkey squeaky next to him for company.
