Here in Belgium , Halloween is pretty new . Kids don't go from house to house yet ... . I remember this trick-or-treat thing from the time when we were living in the USA (2 years) . I loved it so much ! Kids were always welcome at my door and always got lots of candy !! Oh , how I wish this would become a habit here too !
