I hope you get the flowers today! That's very sweet that your hubby did that for you. And it's unfortunate you didn't get them yesterday as promised. I believe in good customer service more than anything when it comes to retail, so that is disappointing you didn't get them yesterday, and I think you are totally justified in being disappointed.
