To their credit: I did get to speak with a very nice lady who was very helpful. Unfortuately she couldn't issue the refund to me because my husband's name is on the order instead of mine but she typed up a report for us. Hubby has to call back later but she said for us to choose the "place an order" option to get to talk to someone faster. She assured me that the flowers will be arriving today but it shouldn't be a problem to get a refund even if I accept delivery because my problem is that they are late. In the meantime I got an email from them stating that the flowers were delayed to today and the offer of $10 off my next order![]()

Soooo hopefully once my hubby gets home he can call them up and we can get our money back![]()
