Yeah if they have to 'stretch' the skin to get it to close then keeping her an extra night is probably a very good idea.

I'm happy to hear that its nothing serious! It sounds like the same thing that Nebo had, his had to be surgically removed too. I would have a really hard time leaving my dogs for two nights...they've never even stayed overnight at a vet.Good luck to Ivy, and you too!
