Well, the Question is *DID She* sign off on a 20* Low Temp, or something higher?

It'll be a cold 20* in Wichita Falls in the morning - only a high of 49* in mid-afternoon.

Dallas/Ft Worth will be a mid-afternoon high of 48*, falling to 26* in the evening.

Philadelphia will only get to 47* in the afternoon, falling to 27* in the evening.
