    We usually just make it so someone has to have been here - a member in good standing for a certain time, like 6 months, which both of them would qualify. It is really up to the person organzining the swap. And no one who was a "problem" during the last swap has signed up for this one, Val, don't worry about that. As for post counts - I mean, Paul has been here longer than literally anyone but me, and he's not even up to 600 posts yet. Some of us are naturally "chattier" than others.
