What to call this?

My cats are glad that I never make my bed. There's no point, since I always pull up the blankets on all sides because I cocoon myself all the time. So my bed is always a mess. Echo loves it most because she burrows under whatever lump of blanket there is, Clover likes the comfy pockets of nests on the big pillow on my bed.

What IS it about an unmade bed? What is so appealing? Mine get huffy when I want to make the bed, but usually settle down after I put the quilts on and they can snuggle again.

LOVE the bedding, esp. the cat quilt. Where did you get it?
