If she tore a ligament in one leg and is favoring the other, she may tear the good leg. The poor thing can't suffer. The pain meds mask the problem. If you explain your situation to the vet, surely he can arrange a payment plan.

If you are accepted, your vet might be willing to accept a deposit and wait for the rest from iMom. Also, your vet will have to fill out a form for iMom saying he will work with them.
