    There are people who will always find something to complain about - do not take it personally. If you hadn't gone to assist, she probably would have complained about that too. Take comfort in knowing you did the absolute right thing, and we are all proud of you.

    Some people think they're so perfect. Woulda, coulda, shoulda..yeah right. You're a professional and know what you're doing. Plus you tried to save a life. Let it go, sweetie. You can't win with some people. You were fantastic and that's what counts. You can sleep tonight and live with yourself.
