    You DID help - you helped and did EVERYTHING there was to do! And Crystal's owner knows that - you were probably the first person she called.


    OH - I forgot the stupid person. The one who knows nothing about the grooming business. Who didn't belong there.

    Some people have to complain about everything, not just a dog in a tub. I know you are really upset about Crystal, and that just made everything bigger and worse!

    That is horrible! Both losing Crystal and that person slamming you.
    You did what was right. I would have wanted you to help another dog in distress if my dog were in the tub. That's ridiculous.
    Please know you did what was right. Don't let someone else bring you down (especially someone that doesn't even work there).
