Dear Kate, my deepest sympathies to you and your family. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Words feel so inadequate but please know my heart is with you.

Prayers also offered to all those who have asked, all those alone, suffering or mourning. Also prayers going out to three very dear friends to me, all members of this board, dealing with extremely difficult and painful situations in their lives.

Prayers and positive thoughts are going out to everyone in need. I too always say prayers every night for all of the PT'ers that need them.

I'm asking for prayers for a couple I don't even know... I don't even know their names.

They are friends of a friend.... they were expecting their first baby these past couple of weeks and when she went to the hospital with contractions she was sent home....

during that time the baby had defecated in the womb and swallowed it... the baby passed away and was a stillborn.

I cannot imagine the grief this family is experiencing.... I look at Hannah everyday and thank GOD he blessed us with her.

This family really needs prayers and well wishes

Please say a prayer for my grandpa this holiday season. He passed away today at 12:30 this afternoon.

I am sitting here in tears for all that have lost loved ones so close to the holidays. I have been there. Christmas of 2005 my grandmother was ill and in the hospital. Now, I am not a religious person, but I "talked" to her and asked her to hang on and get through Christmas. She did. Then I asked her to hang on until after the new year. She did. On the night of the 2nd, I realized how selfish I was being and told her to go ahead and go that grandpa was waiting for her. She passed away early the next morning.

Update on MaryEllen & family...
Good news,
She is pregressing well - they took her off her breathing tube. That was the least of her worries as she has the worst battle of her life ahead of her (chemo.)

Bad news,
Her husband had a heart attack on Sunday. I imagine it's from the stress. He is okay and should be able to return home soon.



I feel so badly for their three boys.
