I'm sorry to hear that you've had so many problems with this rescue vet. I hope that you'll be able to find a good one this time. I've had to switch vets 3 times since I've owned Storm and he'll be 12 in Jan. I also had quite a few mix ups and very bad customer service at my old vets so it was time for a change. Now I'm very pleased with my new vet. Sometimes change is very good. Good luck.

It seems bigger the vet practice more problems.
That is why we are back with our orginial vets office (new doc who took over practice).
Here they always go over the medication and doseage before you leave the office. He or gals read the instructions right of rx label, so they know it's all correct.

Well, I only knowof one person with one group. I mentioned the mix up with Bobby's meds when that happened. She replied that is happens all the time, even at CVS, and the vets are no different. I will mention it again, once I have found a new vet and moved the rescue / foster work.

I was just SO frustrated this morning when I posted. The eye specialist has made it clear that, while we have no hope of clearing Ozzy's eye condition, ignoring it will permit it to get worse and he will eventually lose the eye. He does have some sight out of that eye. Then to find the meds had not even been ordered in almost a week was the last straw.
