Mixed feelings on this one. I don't think the guy should of argued and I couldn't understand everything being said... Did the officer ask the guy to step out of the car because he was placing him under arrest? It felt like to me like he just whipped out the taser with no warning but then told the guy he tased him for resisting arrest.
