I saw this program advertised on my cable. I started watching it because of the word MOTORCYCLES in the description. As it began I thought to myself, "that dude looks the actor Ewan McGregor."

LOL- Boy, am I smart!


I missed the first episodes and watched the last 4.....all in one night.


If you like, have ever ridden, know someone who owns one.
If you have ever dreamed of jumping on a bike to see how far you could ride,
Or just wanted to take a quick trip on a motorcycle...You should watch this.


I hate McGregor because he was able to take this trip.

Watching him and his buddy travel the "Long Way Round" was easy for me.
I didn't crash, fall, get hit by a car. I didn't have to roll on crappy roads, break down in the middle of nowhere or have to worry about where to spend the night.

Oh, I have done all of the above. But it took me longer than four months and not quite 10 jillion miles.

The best part of the documentary are the diary camera clips....

So, how much of his butt shows in this video??? Is it a negligible amount of butt for short amount of time, or is it really worth my time and energy and money to go out and look for this movie?!

In case you watch any other motorcycle videos or whatever that happen to have CHRIS MELONI in them (from Law and Order SVU and HBO's OZ), give me a heads up. I'm a Chris Meloni collector, lol, especially when he is barely clothed (probably why I LOVED Oz on HBO... full frontal male nudity and it wasn't at a porn shop?! I was eternally grateful to HBO for 6 full season, and grieved when it went off the air. Sigh... Now I have to find them all on DVD!

Go buy it anyway..It was refreshing to see an actor with his two feet planted firmly on the footpegs....I liked him before-I admire and envy the crap out of him now.

It was a pleasure to see an actor with 'real life' attitudes -not having to rely on some manager, agent or bodyguard to 'fix' things. He may be an actor, but his humanity and sense of adventure have pushed him off the scale...This dude rocks.


Ah, I'll pass in the FFMN of Meloni-I'd rather look at his bikes....
