Just a request for a future "I want this dog!!!" thread...

People like me with a ...less than desirable computer, and a slooooow dial up connection can't really "enjoy" these threads. :-( (as it is i have to ignore most threads with pics. ...or i have to try to click on the "stop" button before my computer starts acting weird.)

My request is doing a thread with only the thumbnail pictures allowed (compared to the big pics) and the link to the dog's page. ????

Please, if your dog is arthritic look into getting it Elk Velvet Antler. Look up my posts on it, PM me, or look it up on a search engine; but please if you love your dog and want it to live many more years consider this option. I've seen so many posts on here about dogs needlessly suffering. I can't make a new post about EVA every time so this plea is going here. EVA also helps with other ailments such as anemia.

It would be great if you could link the adoption page for each dog you are posting, then maybe if someone is looking to adopt, they might find the perfect match!

I knew I shouldn't have opened this thread. It just breaks my heart to know these beautiful animals have no home. I am thankful that these days they at least have half a chance because of sites like Petfinder. Unfortunately there are more needy beings than homes looking for a new member.

If any of you ever find Border Collies that are urgent and/or in a high kill facility, please PM them to me.

Here are a few that tug at my heartstrings...

There was this one last night that i ran across... i KNEW i should have left her page up to post over here... I kept getting a feeling.

Wow, and just like that my brain remembered her name! (My brain usually doesn't remember names.) Yay, good brain!

She's not in danger, but she DOES need a VERY special family... and i KNOW we have a few people on here that would love a dog like her. (She is Very high energy and will only be good in a home that will have her in agility or something like that.)

    Ooops, OK she's an Aussie.

*sniffle* I clicked on her because her coloring looked like an acquaintance's husky mix. I miss him so much. (sad story.)

That's okay! We do also help out Aussie's if where they are they are having difficulty finding homes, or are very urgent. I'll pass this along.

If I see a dog I want I go to the pound and she him or her ! And usually end up bringing the dog home...I am usually not on Petfinder, I just go to the shelter and check out the dogs they have then are there
