I would return it right away,I know that if i was in the same situation i would want someone to return it...
I see we have some people in here that would keep it and spend the money
Turn the card into the bank
Take out a little something for your troubles THEN turn it into the bank
Don't turn the card in and go on a mad shopping spree
Empty the account then turn it into the bank
