They have to back a Ford F-350 Dually with a 24-foot trailer at a 90 degree angle
after completing a road course.
OMG!

Backing a trailer can be a bit of a "challenge" ... here's the Fire Department way >>>
(Ask Sista Christy to *TEXT* this to Our Driver >>>

Grip the Steering Wheel at the BOTTOM (NOT the top or sides)

Move Hands and BOTTOM of steering wheel in the direction you Want the TRAILER to go ...

Move BOTTOM of wheel to the LEFT (the wheel is turning CLOCKwise) and the
TRAILER will turn to the LEFT (or toward the driver's side).

Move BOTTOM of wheel to the RIGHT, and the TRAILER turns to the RIGHT
(or towards the passenger side).

Make GENTLE corrections ... if things go wrong - PULL STRAIGHT AHEAD
till the rig is lined up straight and try again.

Best to face yourself FORWARD and watch the action in your mirrors.

It's (almost) easy!

GOOOOO, Amy ~~~ Drive **FASST**!!
