Greetings and happy Dog of the Day to you, beautiful Lindsay!![]()
I'm overcome with emotion after reading your Daddy's beautifully written, heartwarming tribute to his, your family's, best girl! I'm with cyber-sibes, it was the image of you waiting patiently on the doorstep, your beloved one eyed bunny in your mouth that got to me as well! One look at that sweet face and I'd have been a goner too! Fetching good looks, sweet and loving with personality to spare...yes, it confounds me as well Lindsay how a pup as special as you could ever have been labeled "unwanted!"
It breaks my heart to contemplate all of those deserving doggies languishing in shelters, their fates uncertain. I wish for every "unwanted," homeless creature a forever home, a forever family, as devoted and loving as yours, Lindsay! Your wait was long sweetheart but being the discerning young lady that you are, of course you were willing to hold out until that one very special family, that one who would love you forever and unconditionally, walked in the door! But of course we know who the truly lucky ones are, don't we Lindsay!![]()
Thanks for the big smiles sweetheart and congratulations on your MUCH deserved Dog of the Day honors! I hope you and your proud people, and your beloved best buddy Tigre, and stuffed bunny, all enjoy a very happy, love filled day! I'm pretty sure it's a tad cold to go for a dip in your "pool" but hours and hours of ball fetching and stuffie hiding sounds pretty good to me!![]()
Hugs and kisses to you, precious one! Here's to many, many more happy, wonderful, love filled years with your awesome family!![]()
