    We apologize for the delay in production of your order. We understand that your order is important to you. A few of our servers were undergoing maintenance which made some of your images unavailable. We have resolved this and the servers are back online. Your order is in production and it will be completed and shipped as quickly as possible.

    Well, I'm impressed.

    On Sunday I took the option to transfer all my images to Shutterfly. Message said it could take up to 10 days.

    24 hrs later I received an email that the transfer was complete. I've only now had the chance to log on and everything got transferred beautifully. I didn't lose anything.

    Now, if only I had the time to spend on PT and post pictures....
