We are continuing to work on your issue.

So more or less I guess they're telling me I'm not going to get my pictures

Good thing I always back them up to CD myself!

How long did it take, Liz? I have been waiting forever and I'm really worried. I called them and got some excuse and was told that they would be sent out in a week but that seems like ages ago.

I think it was a few days after Anna began the thread. It took a very
long time I think. Im glad it's finally here.
