I'm so glad to finally get to "meet" this little cutie! I'm also glad to hear he's doing well. His story is so inspiring! Please keep us posted if you hear anything from the owner.

It depends on WHY they use a cart. If it's for CH (critter cerebral palsy) they don't need diapers; if they're paralyzed from spina bifida or a spinal cord injury they might need diapers or expressing (pressing on the belly to release poop or pee).
