I don't think anyone is. They probly had something "better" to spend the money on like some new electric thing.

What about the fleas and all the other stuff.

But if your mom's friend took her to her vet - and she used to be a vet - I guess that's the best you can do.

I have been informed extensively of Collin's 'situation', and have heard the most extraordinary reasons behind not being able to do this/that/the other, and it just seems that his savings of 1 penny (yes, you read that right) and his home being completely isolated for miles and miles, yet still contained within a small town, he just cannot get that doggie to a vet.

But it's OK, because daddy's getting him a shiny new dell computer for Christmas!

So, we can all relax now.
