Staci, I'm sorry you are having so much trouble with your foot! I fractured mine in 2 places a few years ago. My regular doctor totally missed the fractures. It was 3 or 4 months before he found the first one, then he referred me to a foot doctor! He discovered a 2nd fracture and put me in a full cast for 6 weeks. This was after I had worn a boot for several months already! Anyway, after the cast came off, into another boot. Still in pain! Long story short, I had a bone fragment floating around in there and had to have surgery. Another 6 weeks on crutches again! In all it was a year long event. I didn't think I would ever be able to walk again without a limp!
