This is so sad. I know that where I live cats aren't supposed to be outside at all. They even set out cat traps for any strays around here.

I don't know any one who lives in Irvine so I can't really be of help. My brother lives in San Diego but his wife is very allergic to cats so they'll never be able to have any. I sure hope that he'll get the help that he needs. I'll continue to keep him in my prayers.
