Aw, Pepper is lucky to have you stopping in! I feel guilty leaving the CATS alone for a few days, can't imagine trying that with a dog!

Pat, Buddy sees Pepper as a squeakie toy Sierra just wants to play with him. I've tried asking them to let Sierra play with him, but they are afraid she'll hurt him. Even though I know she won't, I'm not going to go behind their backs and take Sierra over there when they're not home.
(Oh Sierra would be in heaven!!)
Funny thing is that my hubby is more nervous about Pepper being home alone than I am. Pepper's not outside very much, and he HAS dragged dead animals in the house before!!
Thanks for the correction Pam, yes, he is a toy. Pepper's owners told me that he doesn't eat much dog food. He eats a lot of table scraps and treatsThey left me his bag of food out (Kibbles and bits!!!
) 2 bags of treats and told me there is lunchmeat in the fridge for him.

They filled up his food bowl when they left Thursday night and it looks like he's only about 1/4 of it.
No matter, he's a VERY happy boy when I come over!!
I'm home sick from work today and my 2 are crashed out asleep, so I think I'm going to head over there now and watch some TV with him now.
I am sure when you got home you got the "where have you been" sniffs from your curious two.Originally Posted by pitc9

Pepper is a cutie.Reminds me of our late Poodle Ruffles, looks just like him .Must be pretty smart to let himself out, hope his neighbor friends don't give him a hard time.
thanks very much devon. I have been boo'd.
Pam and Rhi, thank you and yes I'm feeling better!
Barry, Pepper gets the rowdie neighbor dogs all worked up by speeding out of his doggie dog, running up and down the fence line once or twice, then speeds right back in the house! It's quite funny to see a 4 1/2 pound dog getting my monsters all worked up!!
