Thank you all for your support. I took some pictures several months ago but need to take more and need to learn how to get them on. She will be two in a month. I had her spayed in hopes that it would help because it got worse when she went into heat.
There is no vet derm. in the area. One vet tested here as having a fungal infection also and she gets the little black spots that look like blackheads and after I apply a very warm cloth to her face, will press out to be a hardish substance about 1/16" to 1/8" long. If I don't do this she scratches herself raw. I am going to make her an Elizabethan collar (can't find a kitty one). As a disabled person myself, I do not begrudgethe time, effort and money I expend on her. But it is getting very very difficult. I have even talked to my people doctor and gotten some ideas.
The idea of steamed fish is a good one except she is one of the few cats that will only eat crunchy food except yougurt. She does not like canned kitty food or canned people tuna and salmon. I will try this again. Thank you everyone.
