Throw the darned computer away then, a 12 or 13 year old doesn't need to be on the computer 24/7 anyways. Why do your parents let you stay on the computer all the time. Right now where you are it's 12:27 on a school night. Why aren't you in bed?

No. I believe you first said it would ruin your rep, then you were saying it WASN'T about your rep.

No, the power supply is almost dead. And it once sparked and caught my curtains on fire while the case was open and i tried starting it up. This had no relation to what i was doing inside of it, though. And sometimes i press the power button, i hear an little click, then nothing.

I need the computer for school. And im on here right now because of this thread.

Sorry, switching power supplies are designed to fail before sparking or causing fires. Otherwise insurance rates for houses would be based on whether or not you have a computer.

The internet is not for school and honestly the internet is no place for a 12 or 13 year old especially after midnight. I didn't get a computer until I was 14 and even then I wasn't alowed on it all the time.

I once had an desktop catch on fire and i had to take an fire extenguisher to it. Then i traced the source of the fire to the power supply.

Ok lets put it this way. I know many many kids who went all their school years with no computers and they did just fine. Go outside and play with other kids your age heck play with your dog she looks like she could use the exercise.

You are one talented 13 year old. I'm no longer posting in this thread. It's like talking to a brick wall.

I wish you luck in your future endeavors and wish Reggie nothing but healthy joyful days.

I have literally built 11 computers before to exact specs. I also fix computers at my house and i sometimes fix my teachers macs when they break. I also once helped the server technician in my school fix teh school-wide server in 1 day. Trust me, i might just be an kid, but i proably know the same or more about computers then you do.
