Wow, what a great law! It makes me happy to see even the smallest improvements. Thankfully, no one is into that here either.

I haven't seen them on the side of the roads selling them here, but the flea market is loaded with them and I wonder how they could sell them to complete strangers , not knowing anything about the homes they were going into.
