    Very cute! That skin does look itchy, I hope you can adjust his diet and sort the problem out.

    Oops forgot to add that!! he is a Neutered male, 4yrs old.

    Yeah, his owner had him on Pedigree, so hopefully after some meds,a nd a diet change he will be good to go!
