Oliver is a neutered male about 5 or 6 years old.
Scarlett is a spayed female about 13.
They are the only cats in the house, I know it is 100% Oliver as I have seen him spraying.

Is there a space or room that could be for the foster only? I think separating him from your two cats would be a big help, at least for several weeks until Oliver can meet him gradually.

Right now the foster is pretty much only in my room. Oliver has been able to enter and leave the room whenever he has wanted, but since he sprayed in there, it has been off limits.
I hate shutting him out of the room, but I don't know what else to do. Hopefully he will turn back into his loveable, gumpy, non-peeing cat soon.
