I was really impressed with the card!! I really liked the vet office & that made me like it even more Little things do count

In answer to the question - Does Zoee make a good winter dog? - Aussie's have double coats, so in that aspect, yes. But with the Aussie hair, unless you take care of it and brush them a lot (which I lack at doing consistently), the hair gets matted, especially around the rear end area and behind the ears.
We use to take her to the groomer every once in a while for a good trim (NOT a shave, no way!!). Now I bought clippers so I can do it at home. We've only done it once and it wasn't bad. But next time I'm going to go shorter.
I think Aussies are smart dogs too. Although, sometimes I think Zoee is an airhead. LOL

I can't wait to see Digi once her hair is all grown back.
Our goal in life should be - to be as good a person as our dog thinks we are.

Thank you for the siggy, Michelle!

    What a cutie!!

To me it looks like she might have some terrier in her (Fox Terrier?) which would account for the wirey hair as well..

She is cute. I think she looks like she has some collie or sheltie in her. I say that because of the face shape. She is adorable whatever she is!

I think there is collie in her.. her face really says collie.. but alot of people say collie & German Shepherd

& don't be fooled by her ears... there is a good chance they'll go all the way up... when she tilts her head a little bit they go all the way up & stay like that until she shakes her head, or looks down

It doesn't feel like that.. its a smooth straight hair... kinda like a wisker but thinner & more flexible...
