    Dance (bath, playing, etc.)

Here are some new pictures of Dance taken within the last few days (the bath ones are from this evening). I know I just posted some, but I hope you like them.

After her blow-dry, and my not so good attempt at her 6 month stack (had to take one for her breeder)..

    That's all of them.

She's so beautiful. I know nothing about stacking or confo, but I think that is a gorgeous stack! She has such a nice coat! The photo of her with the duckie is adorable!

She is growing into such a beautiful dog. Those pictures are just adorable.
Our goal in life should be - to be as good a person as our dog thinks we are.

Thank you for the siggy, Michelle!

    Thanks you guys.

Jess, I don't know a whole lot about it either but hers should look more like this:

    ^ one of her sisters

I guess Dance's is close, but not quite right. Oh well, still have a while to learn!

She is such a cutie! Love the bath photos.

Devan, to stack her, her front legs need to be directly under her, perpendicular to the ground she's standing on. Her back legs should be extended so that it levels out her topline, and her hocks should be perpendicular to the ground as well. I'm not sure if you already knew that or not, but if not, I hope it helped.

I know when I stack Buck by myself and take the photo as well, it looks awful. When I have someone else take photos and I can stand in front of him, I can get him to look up and lean forward, which is important for a good stacked shot. When they lean forward it's easier to get their front legs to stay under them. Otherwise they tend to lean back which can create the look that their legs are out in front somewhat, which is what Dance is doing.
