Please Help Identify This Child (updated--Found)

This child was located & police found that the video tape was made
at least 3-4 yrs ago. The child was living with her family & had no idea
that this video or the attack ever happened.

The press was reporting that she was a happy 7 yr old now.

This new development leads to more questions than answers. I don't
believe this child could have endured the level of abuse that was mentioned
in the police accounts and still come out of it completely happy & well
adjusted with no psychological treatment.
