AOL reps kept calling my mother after she was unable to use the computer due to Lou Gehrig's disease, and was in a nursing home and unable to speak. Dad had tried to cancel her AOL account, and it took months before he exploded at them, and they finally cancelled it and stopped calling.

I still get the occassional call from bill collectors for Mike............I give them 1-800-He-is-dead as the mumber to reach him............not even going to share with you how many wrote it down
