    porchguard

Fritz on guard duty this morning.Fritz was in the window when Mom brought me home from the hockey game,he was happy to see me.Fritz went to bed with mom,was quiet the whole night,no scratching. When I got up,Fritz was completely covered by the blankets on the bed.Had his cereal with and toast with me,from Mom too,was outside.Fritz barked at kids waiting for the bus,is quiet now in the window.Neighbors two doors up have a Labradoodle and when he rides in their vehicles,he sticks his head out to get a breeze I guess, looks really cute doing ,mom and i get quite a laugh from it.
thanks very much devon. I have been boo'd.

Gosh, Fritz, I'm wondering how the pillow got on top of you. Maybe you worked your way under it somehow, in your sleep. Only one more day after today to watch the school children, and then the weekend.

    stepguard

Fritz guarding the front step again.Marlene stoped by,she wanted Fritz to get up on her lap,he wanted to play instead.Fritz got up with Mom on the couch looking at her,he knows she is going somewhere tomorrow.Mom is leaving here at 7:15 tomorrow morning, bus leaves at 8:30,should take around 2 and a half hours, depending on traffic and at the border.I had Kentucky Fried Chicken for supper,Fritz had a little.Mom went to a dinner and a fashion show tonight.Mom reminded me today it has been exactly 6 months since dad passed away, wondered where the time has gone, hard to believe 6 months has gone by since that sad day.Fritz sitting in the front window, waiting for Mom to come home.

6:20 AM, Fritz - that is awfully early. You start out early, and then you get to nap each day. I'll bet mom will get a happy greeting from you when she returns from the trip. Happy Friday, sweety!

Awwww, Fritz! I'll bet you're glad it's Monday because you can see the school bus and its riders again today after a couple days off. I love your tail, by the way (I think I've said that before but I still do!).

    duckbuddy

Fritz with his Duck buddy under the dining room table. The duck was sitting in a bed mom bought for him(it was in the living room with other toys in it).Fritz then took it and went with it under the chair to have a nap.Earlier he had brought his Monkey to me for a brief play.I throw it,he would get it and bring it back.A couple of times had to ecourage him to do it by pushing on him,he didn't like that and was going to nip me.We had Cauliflower soup to start for supper, then stew, fritz had a little meat from that, chocolate cake after,he he got to clean some crumbs, not the icing. He has been sleeping upstairs just inside the kitchen. This Friday Mom is going on a bus trip with a friend and other people to Tonawanda ,New York until Sunday.Staying at a Days Inn.The next weekend,we are going to Marlene and Larry's cottage for Thanksgiving.Going on Friday and coming back Monday morning,I have a hockey game to go to at 1:30 that afternoon.
thanks very much devon. I have been boo'd.

    stepwatchy,palzies

Fritz this morning guarding the step and on watch for kids, then on Mom's lap in the chair.Went to bed with Mom,woke up three times scratching, slept under the blankets and in between Mom's legs.had his cereal and toast was outside, was in the window barking at kids, they had umbrellas as it rained a little here this morning.I had to hose the front window,it was really dirty, fritz wa sinside on the ledge, doesn't like the sound the water makes as it hits the window, ended up in the bathroom for protection.Maybe thunderstorms later,he won't like that.Fritz is now laying next to the couch in between it and the end table.Mom going to Walmart with Marlene to shop,I am having Cauliflower soup for lunch, not sure how i can give Fritz some of this as it is in a deep bowl.
thanks very much devon. I have been boo'd.

All that talk about food sure does gives me an appetite~ I had some Cauliflower with cheese today , and I let Jackie lick out of the bowl after I was done with it. She is just as spoiled as Fritz
