Thank goodness!!! Liz, thanks for following this story and providing the update. I hope Reba can get what she needs through the vet care and be with him for a long, long time.

What frustrates me about this is that although people in Chicago are thrilled that the dog is back with her owner, they still can't agree on how to help this man stop living on a shoestring. He too will need a lifetime of medical care, food and shelter.
