This is Churchy. We're not for sure because I poofed him but his vet says there's definitely Maine Coon in there somewhere.

I don't know why but it looks like he has short hair (except for his mane) in almost every pic I take of him unless I get him like this, lol

Thanks for the help I am working on pictures now. And I have a couple of Maine Coons in their summer PJ's now and some of them keep it year round. What a cute picture of a furry tummy. And that is where the fur is suppose to be long and around the neck area. If you read the breed standards it states meduim to long, short at the top working down to long in the tummy. He has a great Mac Pattern also. WOW! Nice body on him also.
Tiny Paws (!?!) ready to walk in and on your heart. They will dig a hole and plant themselves there and grow like weeds wrapping themselves around your heart and soul.

Everyone's cats sure are gorgeous. I have 3 long haired cats so I'll post them below.

Here's Storm. He started out with shorter fur but then as he aged it became longer and fluffier. It's also very soft and silky so he never gets matted. He'll be 12 years old in Jan.

Sky pictures are coming up next.

Sky turned 5 in June and when I adopted him he had been shaved because his fur was badly matted. I've been told that he's a Siamese/Norwegian Forest Cat Mix. He hasn't matted at all since I've owned him. He also acts more like a dog than a cat.

Here he is at his fluffiest.

This is how he normally looks.

This is Ziggy Stardust. She's turned 1 in June and she's become a very large fluffy girl. She's already 13lbs. She has such a tiny meow and is a real sweetheart.

    Look at that tail.

I love the odd eyed brown tabby and white. I have been going to cat shows for over 10 years and have never seen a tabby that had gold and blue eyes. All three are very beautiful. And the butt shot made me laugh! What a great pictures. Thanks for sharing them.

Storm reminds me a great deal of Einstein! (The cat, not the human! )

When Steinie was a baby, the fur on his head stuck straight out all over the place, which reminded me of a famous photo of Albert Einstein -- and you get it.

This guy is just a very pretty "mutt", I think. My vet, impressed by his beautiful coloring (and amused by his very, shall we say, ample size), said, "There must be a Russian Blue in him somewhere -- maybe literally!"

Regardless of his less than dainty waistline, Einstein is about the sweetest guy around!

Your Storm looks SO much like my Smudge (who turns 12 in December!) I haven't photographed him in a while because his face is all scratched up from itchy allergy lesions, poor baby! But he's finally rediscovered the joys of canned food (with his allergy medicine mixed in) so he'll be mugging for the lens again in a little while.

Oh,yes when you posted a picture of him I thought that they could be twins. He also gets very itchy if he eats food that has a lot of fish in it. He loves food with fish but it doesn't love him. He'll start loosing the fur on his ears and then on part of his face. He's on a grain free diet that has fish in it but I also try to buy some nonfish wet food to mix in with it so he won't become too itchy.
