Devan, I've really spent all day trying to find adequate words to say. I still don't feel my words are adequate enough but I wanted to say something before I go to bed. I haven't spent a second without you and Tango on my mind. When you mentioned her brother Winter and how he was in the same situation I was hoping there would be a different outcome for Tango.

You know how much I love your girl and how she has always been a special girl to me. She reminded me so much of my sweet Kiki personaility/activity wise. I can't imagine the same thing happening to Kiki, she would be miserable. So, you certainly did the right and best thing. You are so wonderful for being so unselfish and thinking of Tango first.

9/11 will always be a terrible, terrible day for many reasons now.

I am sure Tango is running pain free, frisbees and all, with her brother Winter. I bet they are have so much fun together.

{{{HUGS}}} and please let me know if there is anything I can do for you.

Oh God Devan. I am so, so, so sorry. I loved Tango like she was my own and I can't even begin to imagine the pain you are going through right now. I know you loved her best. Please let me know if I can do anything for you. I wish I could take away the pain that you're going through right now. She was taken away from this Earth way too soon.

She was one of my favorite pet talk pups and I know she will never be forgotten. She touched so many hearts around the globe including mine. Rest in peace, sweet beautiful Tango. You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers, Devan. Remember we're here for you whenever you need us. (((HUGS)))

So this is where we part, My Friend,
and you'll run on, around the bend,
gone from sight, but not from mind,
new pleasures there you'll surely find.

I will go on, I'll find the strength,
life measures quality, not its length.
One long embrace before you leave,
share one last look, before I grieve.

There are others, that much is true,
but they be they, and they aren't you.
And I, fair, impartial, or so I thought,
will remember well all you've taught.

Your place I'll hold, you will be missed,
the fur I stroked, the nose I kissed.
And as you journey to your final rest,
take with you this...I loved you best.

I saw this yesterday, and I couldn't seem to find the words to post, I felt so so sad for you. I am so sorry it turned out this way. You did what your heart told you was best, even though it was breaking at the same time. I can't even imagine your pain right now. Sending prayers your way to help you through this. She is happy now, no longer in pain, it's those of us left behind who feel is so strongly when they go =(

Thanks Jess for the great sig of my kids!

Devan, I have not been a very faithful Pet Talker, recently, and was shocked when I received an email from K9Karen about Tango. I'm so sorry. The hurt and loss is more than one thinks they can bear, and at times, I still can't bear it that my best buddies are gone. I do know that Tango had a multitude of new friends waiting for her in heaven. Several of them were closely connected to me.

I love the mental picture I got when I read Angie's note about Tango dancing. What a lovely thought. When my grandfather died, 4 months after his wife, my grandmother, died, the minister said "Don't you know that Hugh was greeted with joy, by Hannah, running on two good legs, towards him?". My grandmother had one leg amputated in the months before she died. I loved thinking of her whole again, and active. I have to believe that our four legged friends are whole again, too. Lilly, Zipper, Mimi and Murphy surely are there with Tango and a multitude of others, just waiting on us! What a wonderful reunion it will be when we are all there together.

Take care of you. I know your heart is breaking. This is all so new, right now.

    Love,
    Logan

I'm so sorry about Tango. My heart goes out to you. I'm sending you a hug.

Tango, please take care of your family. They need you to look after them in this time of sorrow. I know you don't feel any pain and you're running around the rainbow bridge, panting and playing with all the other dogs now. I know that when you're pooped and go to lay down for a little nap, you'll be sure to visit your family and give them a big lick. You will be in their hearts forever.

    RIP sweet Tango.
