Fingers and paws crossed that this is exactly what will happen. Bunny pats to you, Miss Hoppy! The okay news is thymomas are not very active tumors, and it could stay the same size for years.

Dear Karen and Paul,
I'm sad the news isn't better for Miss Hoppy and wish her many more happy days with you. The fact that she has already reached a grand age for a little bun is encouraging; it only means she has had the best care. I pray that tumor stays intact. Please give her a gentle hug from me and a few bunnie kisses too![]()

Well, if it took the thymoma this long to give Miss Hoppy any symptoms, I hope that means it ain't gonna grow no bigger!![]()
No medical treatment, you said - so no prednisone to just make the tumour a bit smaller? Not a cure at all, but maybe more comfort.
I just wish Miss Hoppy many more treat-munching days. She is in the best hands anywhere!
Stay well, Miss Hoppy

No, the thymoma is a solid mass, prednisone wouldn't have any effect. I also asked about sucking some of it out with a needle biopsy, but the vet said that doesn't work with a solid tumor like it might with a more fluid-filled one.Originally Posted by Catty1
But besides the heart murmur, she doesn't show much effects from it, and doesn't seem to be in pain, just is still my feisty little bunny.
Thanks for the update. I hope that Miss Hoppy's tumor won't continue to grow and get any larger. She'll remain in my thoughts and prayers.
Karen, I will be keeping you, Paul and Miss Hoppy in my thoughts. It's amazing how those little creatures just grab onto your heart and you just fall in love with every aspect. Assuming Miss Hoppy is anything like my bunnies I'm sure she is a feisty, opinionated gal. All the feistness and zest for life they have makes every moment spent with them something truly special. I hope that Miss Hoppy will continue to live happy and healthy with you for many more years.
(((hugs)))
