Well the horses are his living. He owns more land than I've ever seen and multiple giant feilds. It's what he has done all his life, is breed, bought, and sold horses. He is a very famous horse seller and breeder down here and no one has ever once said anything bad about him. He seems to be a very honest horse dealer, and his horses sell as fast as they come in because of his great reputation. So that's why he has 80 some horses, but believe me they all have lots of food and land, they are spoiled.

He gets them at different places in Canada, usually Quebec, Ontario, the prairies, just everywhere in Canada and he gets them from people who don't want the horse anymore, from auctions, and from breeders. And even from shelters where some horses are that have been abused all their life, and he tries to get them a good home so they can experience what a good home is.

Well, good luck with the new horses you and your friend have picked. The man sounds like he might be an agent. I do know some very honest ones also. The horses all seem to be well fed, sorry about the paint.Happy riding to you and your friend.
