Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers
I really can't imagine what kind of person could keep kittens for four weeks and then drown them, certainly not someone I'd like to know. I hope you can get them away from her before it is too late.
I'm w/ya, believe me. I don't even want to meet the woman. She's moving to NY and, hopefully, she'll let us have the moms, too, because otherwise, she'll probably abandon them. I'm no diplomat and I'm liable to go off on her, so once I get the details, Suzy will go and get them. I put two calls in to my friend before she finally called me back. I just do not understand people! She acted as though it was no big deal! But she did give me the woman's phone number and Suzy is calling her right now since the woman has the night off work. As soon as I have anything positive to report, I'll be sure to post. Why, though, do I have a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach?
Blessings,
Mary

Hope you can get the kittens and the moms... Hope the lady doesn't move to PA.
I sure hope that Suzy can get both litters of kittens as well as the mothers. Good luck. I'll be watching for updates.
