I bought a PetMate fountain while I was living in Michigan. Petco had one on it's clearance rack for $20 because the two filters were missing. My cats LOVE it!!
Mollie Rose loves to put her paw in the water to see where the level is.
Making your own filters is a great idea!!! I'm going to try it. Thanks for the tip.
