Just wondering if you will be posting the updates the families send you so the Pet of the Day members can keep track of them and their accomplishments?

Where would you show Ajax? AKC and CKC have white as a disqualifying fault. if you were to put him in the ring you would be asked to leave (dismissed)

I know you must have been dreading these days since day one, Nicole. Actually, it's bittersweet I guess. You did a great job raising these sweethearts! Look at those adorable faces. They don't look like Polar bears anymore lol.

Does UKC not accept them, last I checked.. they did.

Congrats on raising the pups, I know it's definitely sad when they leave. Whenever a foster goes(especially bottle babies) I swear not even Mother Theresa is good enough for them! But I know they definitely are going to great places from the sound of it. Good luck with Ajax!

Yup with the UKC you have a choice to show them as a White Shepherd(seperate breed) or as a GSD along since their colored counterparts. There are also rare breed shows where they can be shown and specialty shows by the AWSA and the WSCC where they can be shown. There are other wenues as well.

Thanks. I remember how hard it was with the foster pups. And I didn't get to pick the families a lot of the time. Most of the time it was the rescue that did the picking. I just handed over the pup so I never got to know the families like I do now. It is still so hard though.

You know....if I was looking at breeders and came onto a message board to find the breeder I was considering nosing into other people's threads and being rude I would definitely look elsewhere.

Nicole....With each of your posts I can tell how much you love these little ones and want the very best for them. I have no doubt that all of these boys will go far...in the show ring, as therapy dogs, in flyball, or as a beloved family pet. I do hope we get the occasional update from their fur-ever families, and I look forward to seeing Ajax grow up! Congrats on raising a great fur-family!

    Thank you Wolf_Q!

Thank you so much. I put my heart and soul into this litter and I have high hopes for them. They will let me know as they mature if I am on the right track for my dreams of breeding potential Service Dogs to donate. So I will be watching them closely. I purposely picked people who plan to stay in contact because I want to know every training problem, healthy problem and so on so I know where to improve. I of course want to know the good also. Hope I get way more good then bad reports. lol And I will defiantely keep you all updated. With them starting out on this forum I don't think I couldn't. lol
