Last stacked shots for 2 pups

    And yes one is Sherman.

In a few days Sherman and Red are leaving us. So we have been busy filling boxes with the puppy pack stuff, printing off puppy diaries and their copies of the temperment test, filling ziplock bags with food and so on. So we thought we might as well get teh stacked shots out of the way. It will be the last ones for Rainbow and Red, though I will be taking another head shot of them on the day they leave. So here are the pics.

    Dark Blue

    Green

    Ajax (Light Blue)

    Red

    Rainbow

And Light Yellow who is the pup being donated to the Service Dog Trainer

I hope you enjoyed the pics. I will be taking stacked shots of the others agian as they get close to their leaving dates. This is one of the harder parts of being a breeder. Will I miss the work? No. Will I miss my boys? YES. lol I wish I could keep every single one of them. I hope you enjoyed watching Red and Rainbow grow and learn. And when I get updates on them I will be sure to pass them on to you all. I think these pups have grown beautifully and it is very hard to say good bye to any of them.

Thanks all. All my adopters have promised to keep me updated as the pups mature and age. Rainbow(Sherman) is close enough that we can actual go and visit any time we want to. So I will be able to keep you updated about him esspecially because I know how important he is to all of you and why. Also Rainbow is going to hopefully be trained as a therapy dog to work with disabled children since the daughter of the couple who are getting him works with disabled children and she wants to train him to do this. So he has a very important career ahead of him.

Yellow was chosen over green not because of temperments(both are very similar) but because of structure. The pup will hopefully be trained to be a mobility Assistance dog so will pull a wheel chair and so on. So needs the bigger thicker frame. Green is a lot smaller in frame compared to Yellow. So that is why Yellow was chosen by the Service Dog trainer over Green.

Oh how hard it must be to see them go. Could you put it in your contracts that all adopters MUST join Pet Talk?

It will be really hard to see them go. Because in my heart they will always be my babies. Well Sheena helped a little. I know I will cry and most likely make a fool out of myself. But I do know they are going to great homes. I have worked hard and done everything I can to give them the best possible start in life. I have to now trust in my hard work and the families getting my pups.

thank you for letting me out of the dark...... you really considered everything... hard to see that in pics, but glad to point it out for me and others.....

how great will it be Sherman trained as a therapy dog.....

do you know if any of the other will be shown?.... or which other will be service/therapy dogs?

what a great feeling it must be not only to see your pups grow into great dogs and to top if off dogs that help other people with dissabilities......

    great job!!

No problem. The only one being shown is Ajax. All others are being adopted out or donated on Spay/neuter contracts and Non - breeding CKC registration which we are filing and paying for to ensure it is done this way. So far Yellow is going to be a potential Service Dog, donated to the trainer to raise and train and then donate to a person in need after being neutered(which we are paying for) and finished his training.

Rainbow will hopefully be a therapy dog, which is the main plan of the family. PLus they want to join him up with Flyball and Agility as well if he shows an inclination for it. So he will be a busy boy.

Ajax we have big plans for. We will be showing him(hubby will) and training him for agility and flyball if he shows an interest in it. We will also be seeing is he has Service Dog potential which would be great because then when Sheena is in heat or not able to work he can step in and fill her shoes. There is no garentee though. We thought Luca would have been great also but washed him out because he was WAY to people friendly and would lose focus on me for attention else where. lol So we shall see.

Red will be trained in Flyball and Agility and any other activies the family wants to try him in.

Green is going to a home where he will be doing some herding on a hobby farm and taught to help out around the farm and in the house.

Dark Blue is going to be flying. Nope not kidding. He is going to a gentleman who loves to fly his own plane. He even bought him some Mutt Muffs to wear when flying. So he will be getting a lot of air time. lol

So that is the goals of each family with their pups.

Just wondering if you will be posting the updates the families send you so the Pet of the Day members can keep track of them and their accomplishments?

Where would you show Ajax? AKC and CKC have white as a disqualifying fault. if you were to put him in the ring you would be asked to leave (dismissed)

I know you must have been dreading these days since day one, Nicole. Actually, it's bittersweet I guess. You did a great job raising these sweethearts! Look at those adorable faces. They don't look like Polar bears anymore lol.

Nicole, please wish Yellow and his trainer much success in his career as a service dog. That is so wonderful. Rainbow Sherman - whether he succeeds as a therapy dog, agility, fly ball or all of the above - happiness and much success. Same to Red and his family. To Green and family, happiness and success as a herding dog and farm helper. Dark Blue - up, up and away! Maybe his pilot dad will send you pictures of him wearing his dog ear muffs. And Ajax -- who knows? It sounds like you've got a bright future planned for him. Congratulations yet again!! Could you give them all some petting for me, please. If their adopting families would keep you updated so you can keep us updated, I think that would be wonderful.
Praying for peace in the Middle East, Ukraine, and around the world.

Aaahh, I have been defrosted! Thank you, Bonny and Asiel!
Brrrr, I've been Frosted! Thank you, Asiel and Pomtzu!

Thanks so much. Dark Blues dad had to agree to send pictures as soon as the Mutt Muffs fit. And he said no problem. I can't wait till they do. lol And I will definately post the pics of him with them on.

And when I get updates I will update you all as well. You have all been here through their pregnancy, birth and growth. So I imagine updates are mandatory. LOL Right?
