Closed pet cemetery, crematorium under investigation - Prayers pls for owners & pets

My vet does private and communal cremations as well and gives you the option. I can't even begin to IMAGINE the horror and grief those people are going through. I always do private cremations and have Casey's cremains to prove it. Because I move around alot (or did up until now) I could never bury my pets. Having Casey's ashes in a beautiful wooden box with a gold heart on it gives me reassurance.

Personally, I think greed got the best of them. That's sad.

Well, my vet actually used Misty Garden's, but before they went down hill, switched to a new place. So hopefully, Misty Garden's weren't idiots then. But... I have a feeling we're going to get some results we may not want when we send in the ashes. We're going to send in some of Chelsea's fur that we have saved in with "her" ashes.

My heart goes out to those pet owners. I've had my pets cremated and I can only begin to think of how balistic I would go if I found out that happened to one of mine.
