    Please just original photos. No photoshops - however, brightening/darkening, red eye changes, etc. are fine. I will fix the eyes if you are unable to.

    Is it okay if someone resizes a small photo with Photoshop and sends it in?

    That is okay, but the quality of the photo when being printed will be bad.
