How's your girl doing?

I wish had advice for you, but i don't. You've taken her to the vet.

IF it was just the arthritis bothering her I'd tell you to take her off her current pills and put her on EVA (see siggy) right away. The vomiting and weight loss worry me though.

Has her stool been checked repeatedly for worms/worm eggs?

You might have to get a second opinion.
