Jenn, could your group take him in and foster him and find him a home? I know you just found a home for one of your fosters. Even if you don't have room maybe your shelter does. Ohio and PA aren't that far away. I will ask a woman at work who is an animal lover to see if she would be interested in getting another cat. Is there a certain date on how long he has?
